Although the initial cost of tooling is more expensive than rotational molding, blow molding features more economical part-costs due to its shortened, yet high quantity, cycle time. We have extrusion molding capabilities of 5 to 50 pounds, use materials such as PPE, ABS, Hytrel, and Santoprene, and again, offer a totally customizable process.
With our blow molding operations, we currently make lawn and garden accessories, consumer safety products, and construction related items.
